Our No-Nonsense Guarantee 

At Trowel & Tangle, we take our gear as seriously as you take your garden. If you aren’t absolutely happy with it, we’ll make it right.

We gladly offer refunds for:

• Items we sent incorrectly (our bad)
• Products that arrive damaged or defective

You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund. To get it sorted, just shoot an email to hello@trowelandtangle.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong.

(The legal bit: We can update this policy at any time without prior notice - just like the weather. For now though, just drop us a line.)

P.S. If you want your gear to last longer than your spring radishes, be sure to follow the washing and care instructions provided with your purchase!
